    • -Incoming block inspection (quick wash, visual inspection, check/measure mainline, check/measure cylinder bores, check all threads) -Standard CSS (700hp rated) -Diamond hone w/plateau finish (no stock bore, .5MM over current bore recommended) -Deck -Jetwash -Check crank straightness -Crank micropolish -Full set of race bearings -Set ring gap -Set bearing clearance -Assemble crank, rods, pistons into block
    • -Incoming block inspection (quick wash, visual inspection, check/measure mainline, check/measure cylinder bores, check all threads) -High HP CSS (900hp rated) -Diamond hone w/plateau finish (no stock bore, .5MM over current bore recommended) -Deck -Jetwash -Orings (copper) -Crank micropolish -Check crank straightness -Full set of race bearings -Balance crank, rods, pistons -Set ring gap -Set bearing clearance -Assemble crank, rods, pistons into block
